Privacy and terms
Your work. Your choices.
Read how Lingo Lego handles your projects, photos, digital deliveries, credits and community publishing.
Private is the default.
Your text or photo is used to create the brick project you request. Our generation provider processes the input you submit. Project files are then stored in the workspace or authenticated account used for the request.
- New projects are private unless you deliberately change visibility.
- Your original photos and project files are not shared publicly without your choice.
- Removing a project from your list does not delete its stored files. Contact us if you need help deleting your data.
- Product update messages are optional and off by default.
A digital creative service.
Each selected size includes an interactive build preview, building steps, a parts list and a downloadable PDF booklet. It does not promise physical inventory, procurement, shipping, structural safety or successful assembly with real pieces.
Credit purchases, subscription payments and model purchases are final and non-refundable. You can cancel an unfinished checkout. Canceling a subscription stops renewal after the paid period; it does not refund earlier payments.
- You must have the right to upload and transform the text or image.
- Generated results vary with the input and are not guaranteed to be an exact replica.
- Technical generation failures return reserved creation credits.
- Acquiring a community model includes its approved published versions and future approved updates. Creator withdrawal stops new acquisitions; prior owners retain their published files unless a moderation suspension removes access.
Share work you are allowed to share.
Public showcase submissions must respect privacy, copyright, trademark and publicity rights. Content involving people requires permission. Infringing, deceptive, unsafe or abusive submissions can be withheld or removed.
Public models may be showcase only, free to claim or priced at 10, 20, 30 or 50 credits. Viewing requires no account; claiming and downloading require sign-in. A subscription is never required to acquire a model.
The personal-use license allows you to download and build an acquired model. Keep the creator attribution and do not resell or redistribute the digital files. Publishing requires the rights to share both the model and any optional source photo.
Creators receive 100% of the credits spent on their models, initially pending for the settlement period shown before publication. Membership credits, purchased credits and settled earnings can fund creation or model unlocks. Membership credits are used before purchased credits, with the earliest expiry first. Monthly-plan credits expire at the billing period end without rollover. Yearly-plan credits are released monthly and accumulate until the paid year ends. Purchased credits never expire.
Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash or directly transferred. Completed model purchases cannot be reversed by the buyer. Payment reviews do not automatically revoke other customers’ completed model purchases.
Source photos are private by default. A separate publishing choice can share a resized photo with embedded metadata removed. Original inputs and creation records remain private. External copies of previously published files cannot be recalled.
